- Plutobox.com has created the privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to protect your personal privacy. - Plutobox allows our members to setup personal profiles. Plutobox collects personal information such as name and gender and birthday and ethnical background and email address. We obtain personal information from members and non-members through the registration or ads or discussion forums via the Plutobox.com website.
- Plutobox collects information that is not personally identifiable, such as browser type and
IP address. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. This information is gathered from all visitors to the site. We use ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in and monitor status such as elapse time. These cookies do not hold any personally identifiable information. These cookies are terminated immediately after users sign out.
- Personal information can be viewed on the site either by members or non-members, such as name, gender, age and member’s photo. Members may be able to hide personal information through user settings. To facilitate searching and finding friends on the service, Plutobox allows members to search for other member’s ID, names, email address or date of birth.
- Email addresses are used to send notifications related to the service. With our service such as requesting friendship, ads, and message notifications, a user’s email address is not displayed to people within a personal network.
- If Plutobox sells part of its business or is acquired or merged with a third party, personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the purchaser.
